We’re excited to share that Enscape and Chaos are merging into one company. Following our announcement on Tuesday, January 11, I wanted to let you know a few more details.

What do we mean by merger?

Enscape and Chaos are joining as equal partners to become one company. We haven’t acquired Enscape, and Enscape hasn’t acquired us. Together we will operate under the Chaos name.

Christian Lang, the CEO of Enscape, and I (Peter Mitev) will co-run the new company. Vlado, the cofounder of Chaos, will continue to lead our research and development. All of the talented employees across our global offices will continue to develop and support your favorite products.

What does this mean for the future of Chaos and Enscape products?

All of our products and services, including V-Ray, Corona, and Enscape, will continue to be developed as planned. We will work together to come up with new and innovative ways to help you to visualize even better.

How will the merger benefit users?

By joining forces, we will combine the power of our teams and technologies to create the tools you need to visualize your ideas and designs from start to finish. Working together, we’re confident we can provide you with the best end-to-end visualization ecosystem.

Will the merger affect the pricing of Chaos products?

At this time we have no plans to change our pricing policies.

Thank you!

As Chaos begins a new chapter, I want to thank you all for your support and for always being an inspiration to us. We remain dedicated  to helping you visualize your ideas in the best way possible.
