What product does the promotion apply to?
1-year subscription of SketchUp Pro only. The promotion does not include SketchUp Studio, Higher Education subscriptions, or renewals.
Can a customer add seats to their existing subscription?
Yes. This offer is available to all new and existing SketchUp Pro customers, but only applies to new purchases of SketchUp Pro. Existing subscribers may purchase additional subscriptions.
What if customers don’t renew their subscriptions and buy new subscriptions instead?
You should firstly renew your existing licenses before purchasing additional seats. If you couldn’t renew for some special reasons and need support, please contact your local reseller and they can check with Channel Manager of your territory for more information.
