In AutoCAD, you can use Rotate (Ro) command to rotate the objects with various ways
You can use Rotate command on the Toolbar menu or type ‘Ro’( Rotate) Command
SELECT ROTATE COMMAND ON TOOLBAR MENU
In AutoCAD, Access Home ► Modify ► Rotate to select Rotate command, then following these steps
Step 1: Select the objects ► Space
Step 2: Specify the Base Point and drag the cursor to rotate the object to the second point or specify the rotation angle in the command line ► Space
TYPE ‘RO’ (ROTATE) IN THE COMMAND LINE
1. ROTATE THE OBJECT BY MANUALLY DRAGGING
Type ‘Ro’ in command line ► Space for the rotate command
Select the Base Point and drag to the second point to rotate the selected object.
2. ROTATE WITH SPECIFYING THE ROTATION ANGLE
To perform the Rotate Command, you can specify rotation angle in the command line then Enter.
3. ROTATE AND CREATE A COPY
In case that you need to keep the object in the original position and create a copy of the object with the rotation angle, you can follow these steps to perform the Rotate command
Step 1: Select the object ►Space
Step 2: Specify Base Point ► Enter C (Copy) ►Space
Step 3: Specify the second point and rotate the copy
4. ROTATE WITH REFERENCE POINTS
If you need to rotate the object with the reference from another one, you can use the Reference in Rotate command as follow
Step 1: Select the object ► Space
Step 2: Specify Base Point ► Enter R (Reference) ► Space
Step 3: Specify two reference points of the rotated object ► Enter P (Points) ► Space
Step 4: Specify two reference points of the reference object ► The object is rotated in the reference line created from the two reference points
